Mango Karmat
Ingredients:
2 medium sized mangoes with kernel (Koya)
2 big onions (200 gms)
10 garlics flakes
2 inches ginger
3 larger green chillies
1 table spoon bottle masala
½ table spoon sugar
3 tbsp viniger
Salt to taste
Peel the skin of the mango. Cut this to very fine cubes, preferably to the size of rice. Cut the garlic, ginger and chillies fine. In a bowl mix the mango, onions, masala and salt. Stir for about 2 minutes. Add the vinegar and stir. Lastly add the sugar and stir till the sugar melts. Garnish with coriander leaves. Keep covered for about 20 min.
