Historical time line of this website

http://www.east-indians.com was initially created to help disseminate information on the effort being done for the OBC Status, amoung the different stakeholders, officials and front-runners. It developed into an online community as well. Due to the unexpected change in webservers, almost all the data went and has to be re-created and posted.

http://www.east-indians.net was created to focus on the historical background of individual villages that the East Indians of Bombay resided in. Access to this website occassionally flats a warning, this is due the old format not aligning with new webserver format. We are reworking that as well

Both these websites have been in public domain for over 2 decades and information for these have been used in by many historians, researchers, wikipedia, etc.
